Job Opportunity –
This role requires you to wear multiple hats, You will provide the full 360 solutions to customers. From the first step you need to understand and work with each customer and provide the right product selection. Each Quarry will have different targets and wish to achieve multiple mineral sizing. Selecting and making the right machine choice is critical to the train setup and or machine design. With quarries becoming more and more technically advanced in how they operate its down to you oversee and advise on the best equipment for the site. Once selected it’s all about locking the customer in with aftermarket parts and service maintenance contracts. This OEM will always want to make sure they win the entire site for the next 5 years +. Tendering and quoting the service, equipment and build is the next step. You will need to be comfortable sitting in corporate offices, presentations as well as working on site. Once secured its then hand over to the project & build teams. You will apply updated communication to the customer and oversee the delivery of new equipment.
You need to have an eye for detail and account management, this role is all about relationships, This OEM has built long term relationships with customers like Boral, Hansen, Holcim and other large multinational leaders. You need to keep your ears open and always look at new ways to secure and sell new equipment throughout the years. The number 1 goal here in Capital equipment Sales. You will be held accountable for Machinery numbers, market growth.
Territory – This role will require you to travel all over QLD, you could be looking at 6/8 nights away each month. You will be based in the Brisbane South office.
Candidate Requirements –
·10 + Years in Mobile Machinery Sales
·Technical experience with Mobile or Fixed Plant Crushers
· AggFlow experience
· Contacts and relationship with QLD Quarry markets
·If you have quarry operation experience this would add huge value to this role due to the technical nature of this role.
·Process High levels of skills with Microsoft, Excel and outlook
This position will be busy, you need to have excellent negotiating experience and be customer focused, there is a high level of New business development and its critical that you understand how to manage and execute strong territory management.
Salary package –
· Base Salary - $130,000 to $140,000
· Superannuation – 11.5%
· Car Allowance - $35,000
· Company credit card, Phone, laptop
· Uncapped Commissions - $60,000 to $100,000
· Interstate and International travel
