About the role

This full-time Sales representative role at Precision Paper Coatings (better known as PPC) is responsible for driving new business growth and expansion opportunities within the Sales and New Business Development division. Based in Smeaton Grange but with an expectation of travelling to visit clients, you will play a crucial part in identifying and securing new clients, as well as strengthening existing client relationships.

What you'll be doing

In short, increasing the sales of our industry-leading range of products to new and some existing clients.

Developing and implementing effective sales and business development strategies to identify, target and secure new clients for our industry-leading range of products.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers in target organisations

Continuously researching the market, competitors and industry trends to identify new business opportunities

Achieving and exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets and KPIs

Working closely with the Sales Manager to provide reports and insights on accounts.

What we're looking for

Proven track record of success in a new business sales role (previous experience in HVAC, Packaging, Building and Construction industries is desirable but not essential)

Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment

Entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities
