About the role
This permanent full-time opportunity to support a leading sales person by handling administrative tasks, coordinating transactions, managing marketing efforts, and improving overall organisation, allowing the agent to focus on client service and business growth.
Administrative Tasks:
Manage schedule, appointments, and calendar.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages.
Prepare and organise paperwork, contracts, and documents.
Input client information into CRM database.
Conduct research and gather information.
Transaction Coordination:
Liaise with clients, lenders, inspectors, and other parties involved in the buying or selling process.
Assist with preparing and organising contracts and closing documents.
Marketing and Listing Management:
Create property listings and manage social media accounts.
Coordinate advertising campaigns and track marketing metrics.
Assist with property tours and open homes – open homes optional.
Client Relations:
Handle client inquiries and provide information.
Ensure smooth communication and follow-up.
Handling phone calls one day per week when the agent is busy or in appointments
Conduct final inspections
Skills and experience
Hold a Real Estate Sales Registration
Prior working experience in the real estate industry
Proven working experience in a PA role or similar
Proven ability to problem-solve and have strong organisational skills
Proficiency with Rex Software platform
Attention to detail and data entry capabilities
Confidence to work collaboratively and autonomously
Current full Australian driver's license
Proficiency in Microsoft suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Familiar with residential property maintenance needs
Proven work experience creating captivating content across various formats, including Instagram
