The Department of Transport (DoT) is looking for enthusiastic customer service professionals with a can-do attitude to join our team. Through our comprehensive training program, you'll deliver contact centre services across Western Australia.
As a Contact Centre Consultant, you will assist customers and resolve their enquiries, focusing on providing exemplary customer service. You'll use various computer-based resources and programs to achieve this. Your ability to build rapport with customers and work efficiently will be key to your success.
There are currently several full-time fixed-term positions available for immediate filling with the possibility of extension or permanency.
Location and Hours:
o 75 hours per fortnight with the following options:
o Monday – Friday
o Working between 7am – 6pm
o Metropolitan area (Innaloo, Butler, and Cannington)

Suitable applicants will be placed in a pool from which appointments will be made for this or similar future vacancies (fixed term or permanent) that arise within the next 12 months from date of first appointment across the Department of Transport.
