We’re looking for
A motivated System Administrator Contact Centre Solution to join our Resource Planning Branch.
In this key role you will be responsible for coordinating the performance of the Transport Portfolio’s Contact Centre solution by ensuring that telephony, workforce planning and knowledge management systems are running smoothly, provides support and guidance to users, including the development of training and ensures that systems and processes are accurately documented.
You will be responsible for coordinating the activities of staff within the section, with a focus on ensuring the team delivers precise and efficient resource and system management support services across Driver and Vehicle Services. This encompasses performance monitoring, management reporting, and systems management related to service channels. Moreover, your role includes resolving system connection and operation problems of any kind. You will need to collaborate with various groups, including internal infrastructure, external vendors, other organisations, and users, to find solutions. Additionally, you will have the responsibility of building customise reports to analyse all data related to business requirements.

There is currently (1) one fixed term appointment available for immediate filling for a period of 12 months, with the possibility of extension(s) or permanency.

About you

- Develops a range of reports using SQL or similar business reporting tools to support the Transport Portfolio in the analysis of activity and performance
- Prepares, administers and implements system policies, standards, guidelines and procedures that are consistent with approved standards and methodologies
- One of your strongest assets will be your effective communication and interpersonal skills, as well as ability to collaborate with various stakeholders and have a methodical approach to problem solving
