YOU | If you are someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and has a natural ability to solve technical problems, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. Your expertise in delivering excellent customer service and ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail will make you stand out. Ideally, you will also bring:
- A passion for providing outstanding customer service
- Resilience and patience in resolving issues in high-pressure situations
- Strong administrative and technical abilities
- Experience in a contact centre or similar phone-based environment (desirable, but not essential)
THE ROLE | You will help customers resolve technical issues with their merchant terminals, troubleshoot problems, and provide tailored solutions. You will ensure an exceptional customer experience, collaborating with other teams as necessary. You will also be responsible for entering data into systems and providing feedback to drive process efficiencies, all while maintaining high levels of professionalism and service.
