Megasealed offers a range of services such as tiling, waterproofing, grout replacement, water leak repair and anti-slip solutions to homes and businesses across Australia and are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper / Accounts Officer to join our team in Matraville, NSW. This part-time role will be responsible for managing our financial records and supporting the overall accounting operations of the business.

Your Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate financial records and transactions

Manage accounts payable and receivable

Reconcile bank statements and financial reports

Prepare BAS, payroll, and superannuation processing

Assist with month-end reporting and compliance

Provide general administrative support, including answering calls

Assist with ad-hoc finance and office tasks

What You Bring:

Proven bookkeeping experience

Proficiency in Xero

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Understanding of Australian tax and compliance regulations

Excellent communication & customer service skills
