About the role

Residential Property Group is seeking an experienced Accounts Officer to join our team in Kiama, NSW. As an Accounts Officer, you will play a vital role in managing a range of accounting and administrative functions, contributing to the efficiency and success of our operations. This is a full-time, in-office position on a 12-month contract, with the possibility of extension.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing and processing invoices, receipts, and other financial documents in a timely manner
• Providing excellent customer service to clients and suppliers, responding to inquiries and resolving queries
• Supporting the wider team completing various administrative tasks as required

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in an accounting or similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software (Databuild & MYOB experience is an advantage), and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, in-office environment.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in accounting or finance is an advantage
