Survey Group is seeking an experienced, proactive and highly organised Mobilisation Administrator to join their Head Office in Osborne Park from 7.00am to 3.30pm.

As the Mobilisation Administrator you will be responsible for:

Site mobilisations and demobilisation as per client requirements

Arranging inductions, medicals and training

Organising flights and accommodation

Maintaining company registers and spreadsheets

General administration and reception duties

Supporting other departments when required

While you will work as part of a team, this role requires you to be capable of working autonomously and using your own initiative. You will need to be highly organised with the ability to work under pressure and adapt effectively to changing deadlines.

To be considered for this position you must have the following:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Previous experience with mobilisations or a very strong administration background

Experience using systems such as ERMS, Avetta, SuccessFactors and Workflow

Be proficient in Microsoft Office programs

Full Australian drivers licence
