About the opportunity

Supporting a long-standing and highly experienced Property Manager, you will be trained in all things Property Management including all the fabulous in-house systems and processes.

Responsibilities will include;

• Assistance with quarterly routine inspections of property portfolio
• Bond administration
• Arranging maintenance on portfolio
• Liaising with Tenants and Contractors via phone and email
• Assisting with managing rental arrears
• Assisting with preparation of contracts
• Assisting with tenant sign-up and preparation
• Other ad hoc assistance tasks to Property Managers as required

The ideal candidate:

We are seeking an up-and-coming Property Manager who is committed to a successful and long-term career in Property Management. Pro-active and enthusiastic by nature with a confident and bubbly personality. This is a high-profile brand, so our ideal candidate must be well presented and professional.

Industry experience is highly desirable.

Must haves

• Current WA Property Management Registration or willingness to obtain
• Valid WA drivers license
