The Role
We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Manager to lead our production operations in Sydney. This role is pivotal in ensuring efficient, safe, and high-quality manufacturing processes while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily manufacturing operations to ensure production targets are met.
• Implement and monitor manufacturing best practices to enhance efficiency and product quality.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing production team.
• Drive a culture of safety, compliance, and operational excellence.
• Manage production costs, budgets, and resource allocation effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including quality, supply chain, and engineering, to optimise operations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement lean manufacturing principles.

The Requirements

• Previous Production/Manufacturing Management experience within an FMCG, Pharmaceutical or similar environment
• Strong Continuous Improvement/Lean Manufacturing knowledge
• Highly engaging leadership skills
• Demonstrated ability to drive culture change
