About the Role: As a Restaurant Manager, you will report to the Operations Director. We are looking for an experienced and qualified candidate to oversee our day-to-day operations and maintain our high standards of food quality and customer service. This is a Full time role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Implement comprehensive staff training programmes to ensure excellent customer service standards

· Oversee service delivery to maximise customer satisfaction and maintain venue reputation

· Address customer concerns promptly and effectively to resolve issues

· Lead by example during shifts, ensuring the bar is properly organised and adequately staffed during peak periods

· Provide ongoing professional development and support for team members

· Manage operational budgets and work towards achieving established KPIs

· Monitor sales performance and beverage costs, reconciling any discrepancies

· Coordinate and participate in promotional events to drive business growth

· Foster positive community relations that enhance our local presence

· Generate detailed financial reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenue and expenditure

· Maintain bar area cleanliness in accordance with health and safety regulations, identifying and addressing potential hazards

· Establish and enforce rigorous quality and safety control measures

· Create an engaging yet safe atmosphere for both staff and patrons

· Develop and maintain productive supplier relationships

· Conduct regular stocktake inventory and manage timely reordering of supplies

· Monitor beverage inventory levels to ensure consistent service delivery

HEALTH AND SAFETY:

Comply with all requirements of the Work Health and Safety Legislation

Support a positive health and safety culture among all staff

Ensure all staff are properly trained in food safety protocols

Maintain all required licenses and certifications for the establishment

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Diploma, Advanced Diploma or higher in Hospitality Management or related field (or equivalent experience)

Minimum one years' full time experience in a similar role within the restaurant industry

Proven knowledge of food safety regulations and Work Health and Safety Legislation

Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and cost control

Excellent leadership skills with demonstrated ability to motivate and manage staff

Exceptional customer service skills and conflict resolution abilities

Experience with restaurant management software and POS systems

Job Type: Permanent Full-time

Pay: $73,000.00 -- $80,000.00 per year (plus Superannuation)

Work Location: Time to be spent between 2 locations
