We are looking for a full time or part time residential property manager whose characteristics would be organised, professional, well presented and motivated to provide a level of service above the industry norm. Qualified with some hands on experience is a must. Confident and able to use technology and adapt to new software (with training.) Salary range commensurate with experience- would suit a property manager stepping up from an assistant role through to a senior property manager capable of overseeing the department- with salary varying accordingly.

We are located on Money Street near the city with a vibrant office, friendly staff and plenty of lunch venues within walking distance.
