We are a highly reputable Real Estate office located in Melbourne's North. Due to our expansion we are currently looking for a full time Property Manager.

Minimum experience of 3 years is required.

The Property Managers role will include Full Time Administration Support & a Routine Inspection Manager, along with an in-house Trust Accountant for accounts support, you will be responsible for managing your own portfolio of approximately 150-160 properties.

You will be liaising with Tenants and Landlords, attending to maintenance & repairs and ensuring the solid reputation of the agency continues to grow. The successful applicant must have a passion for the industry, attention to detail, time management skills and the drive to provide first class customer service.

To be successful, the candidate must have the following attributes:

  • Previous Property Management Experience of 3 years or more
  • Excellent communication (both written/verbal) skills
  • Immaculate Presentation
  • Valid VIC driver’s licence and reliable car
  • Agents Representative Certificate or Estate Agents Licence
