On behalf of our client, a leading global financial services firm, we are looking for a Client Document Administrator to help the team create an inventory of legal documents and reconcile physical documents with their digital copies. This is a 6-month contract.
This is an exciting opportunity for a paralegal, legal clerk, or legal administrator to join a well-established organization. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a solid understanding of various legal documents.
You will be supporting a close-knit, down-to-earth team that is approachable, friendly, and highly engaged.
Key responsibilities:
Creating an inventory of legal documents
Reconciling physical legal documents with digital copies
Scanning documents
Maintain the tracker with documents
file management
Adhoc administration
support a team with administration tasks
work closely with the manager of the team on file management
Key requirements :
Experience working with document management
Strong attention to detail
Willing to come into the office 5 days a week
An understanding of different types of legal documents
Ability to work towards deadlines.
