About the Role

Our client is seeking a Senior Commercial Lawyer with expertise in commercial transactions, building and construction law, and commercial litigation. In this role, you will:

• Advise on commercial contracts, corporate governance, and business structuring
• Draft and negotiate commercial agreements, property contracts, and joint ventures
• Handle construction disputes, contract claims, and security of payment matters
• Represent clients in NCAT, District, Supreme, and Federal Courts
• Work closely with developers, builders, and corporate clients on risk management
• Lead mediation, dispute resolution, and litigation strategies

Key Requirements

• 5 to 10 years PAE + in commercial, construction, or corporate law
• Strong experience in contract negotiation and commercial litigation
