Prepare meals tailored to meet special dietary needs, including allergies and cultural or religious requirements
Plan menus and accurately estimate the quantity of ingredients and supplies required
Train and supervise kitchen staff and apprentices in traditional Italian cooking techniques, including pasta making, sauce preparation, and regional variations
Minimum 2 years experience
Hospitality diploma required
