What you'll be doing

• Engage with potential clients to understand their financial needs and goals
• Conduct thorough research and analysis of the mortgage market to identify the most suitable products and lenders
• Prepare and present professional loan proposals, ensuring compliance with industry regulations
• Negotiate with lenders on behalf of clients to secure the best possible terms
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire loan application and settlement process
• Maintain a strong network of referral partners and build relationships within the local community
• Continuously expand your knowledge of the mortgage industry and market trends

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Mortgage Broker or in a related financial services role
• Demonstrated expertise in mortgage and loan product knowledge
• Strong negotiation and client-facing skills with the ability to provide tailored solutions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A commitment to upholding the highest standards of professionalism and ethical conduct
• Relevant industry qualifications, such as a Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking
