About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional Receptionist to join the team at Evans Brandon Family Lawyers' in our Bundall office. This full-time role is essential in providing an exceptional first impression and customer service experience to all clients and visitors that interact with our firm.

What you'll be doing

Greeting and welcoming clients in a friendly and professional manner

Answering and directing incoming phone calls

Managing the office's front desk and reception area

Organising and maintaining the reception area, ensuring it is clean and tidy at all times

Providing general administrative support to the legal team as required

Handling incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries

Assisting with the coordination of client meetings and appointments

Maintaining confidentiality of client information at all times

What we are looking for

Experience in an administrative role

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients in a warm and professional manner

Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities

Proficient in using standard office equipment and software, including Microsoft Office suite

A keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure

A positive, friendly, and helpful attitude

A high level of discretion and the ability to maintain confidentiality
