We are opening an exciting new pizzeria in Kingston, and we're looking for a passionate and skilled Full-Time Pizza Chef to join our launch team!

🧑‍🍳 What You’ll Do:

Prepare and hand-stretch pizza dough to perfection

Operate traditional pizza ovens with precision

Assist in developing authentic Italian-style pizza recipes

Manage food costings and inventory related to the pizza section

Maintain kitchen cleanliness and comply with food safety standards

📅 Work Schedule:

Wednesday to Sunday

Lunch & Dinner shifts (Full-time)

✅ What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience as a pizza chef – Italian-style pizza experience highly regarded

Strong knowledge of dough fermentation and pizza oven techniques

Passion for creating high-quality, consistent pizzas

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Reliability and good time management
