We are currently seeking temporary support for numerous Community Housing providers across Sydney.
This is an opportunity to give back to a sector that is currently thriving, with opportunities to enjoy people-centric roles that will take you away from a traditional desk job.
We are looking for applicants with a housing background in either community housing, real estate/lettings or property management.
Roles that we are recruiting for include:
- Housing Managers and Officers
- Maintenace and Repairs
- Asset Managers and Coordinators
- Scheduling Coordinators
- Customer Service
Essential criteria:
- Experience dealing with tenants in either community or private housing.
- Excellent customer service skills and an impeccable telephone manner.
- Emotional maturity and ability to handle sometimes sensitive conversations.
- Ability to handle competing and changing priorities.
- High attention to detail and top-level verbal and written communication.
- A high level of confidentiality and discretion.
- Intermediate Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel skill.
