We seek a professional, passionate and self-motivated Bookkeeper who possesses strong technical skills and a, strategic mindset. Xero experienced and trained -you should be experienced in providing top-notch Xero Bookkeeping services along with experience with Simpro or similar trades servicing platform.

Qualifications & experience

Minimum of 4 years bookkeeping, preferably with a bookkeeping or accounting firm

Must have proficient knowledge of Xero, Microsoft Office, Simpro Operating suite

Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively and professionally both verbally and in writing

Experience working with services Business

Impeccable attention to detail is an absolute must

Ability to prioritise tasks based on their importance and urgency

Must be able to work independently from Home or office

Flexible Contract hours : must be available between 3-5 hours a week to work from home or our office if you wish.

Tasks & responsibilities

General bookkeeping duties including reconciling bank accounts, loan accounts, and other general ledger accounts

Preparing monthly management accounts and reports with commentary as required

Liaising directly with Director & accountant for reports preparation
