We are seeking a Lead Trainer to oversee and drive the training efforts for our new ERP system. The role is critical to ensuring that the business is prepared for the system's go-live and can use the platform effectively across all functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own Training for Civica Platform: Lead the development and delivery of training for the ERP, ensuring business readiness.
• Classroom & Workshop Training: Deliver hands-on classroom training sessions, set them up, and delegate responsibilities for others to facilitate additional sessions.
• Training Content Creation: Develop training materials, such as video tutorials, user guides, and other educational resources.
• Team Coaching: Guide and mentor internal staff in delivering training workshops, taking some of these workshops yourself.
• Post-Training Success: Conduct assessments to ensure knowledge retention and operational readiness. Review post-training feedback and take corrective actions if necessary.
• Business Readiness Assessment: Lead the process to assess whether the business is ready for the ERP system go-live.

Key Skills & Experience Required:

• ERP & Systems Knowledge: Understanding of operational ERPs, particularly in the context of housing or business processes (experience with Civica or other complex ERP systems is a strong advantage).
• Training & Instructional Design: Experience in developing training content, coaching teams, and leading hands-on workshops. Familiarity with tools like Go1, Synthesia, or Scribe is a plus.
• Technology Savvy: Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to evolving platforms. We need someone who can work with modern, emerging technologies-not just traditional training tools.
• Project Management: Comfortable juggling multiple tasks, managing timelines, and ensuring deadlines are met. Must be able to assess progress and identify gaps in knowledge.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Ability to coordinate with various stakeholders, including IT, HR, and other departments, to ensure smooth training delivery.
• Quick Learner & Adaptable: Comfortable with fast-paced environments and the ability to adapt to evolving requirements.

Ideal Candidate:

• Someone who is proactive, confident, and capable of managing the training program's execution from start to finish.
• Previous experience in leading complex ERP implementations and training teams is highly desirable.
• The ability to understand business processes, communicate effectively, and bridge the gap between technology and end-users.
• Not a traditional trainer: Looking for someone fresh and agile who is comfortable with new technologies and can bring a modern approach to training.
