About Us:

Edutemps is a leading recruitment company specialising in the vocational education and training (VET) sector. We are seeking an experienced and engaging Trainer and Assessor on behalf of our client to deliver the Certificate IV in Business and Certificate IV in Leadership and Management.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to deliver high-quality, face-to-face training and scale with the business as it grows over the next six months.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver structured theory and practical training sessions to agreed time frames.

Facilitate corporate-style, classroom-based learning with a conversational and interactive approach.

Engage learners in specialised project management units, including:

BSBPMG427: Apply project risk management techniques

BSBPMG430: Undertake project work

PSPPCM007: Manage contracts

Maintain accurate learner records and assessment documentation.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain operational relationships.

Uphold compliance with ASQA and RTO standards.

Provide written feedback to learners and manage re-assessment opportunities when required.

About You:

We are looking for a confident and dynamic trainer who can bring practical construction and project management experience to the classroom. You will have:

Recent industry experience in construction and project management.

Excellent communication and facilitation skills with a corporate training style.

Strong organisational and reporting abilities.

Proven experience delivering Certificate IV in Business and/or Certificate IV in Leadership and Management.

A passion for engaging and motivating learners through interactive, face-to-face training.

Flexibility to accommodate 2-3 days per month initially, with growth to 1-2 weeks per month over six months.
