Chandler Macleod is seeking a People Services Lead to act as an escalation point for complex people process-related issues and support business leaders in navigating performance and behaviour matters. This role plays a key part in promoting self-service, maintaining HR systems, and driving process improvements. This role is a full time 6 month contract with potential for extension and the opportunity to go permanent for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate incoming HR queries, ensuring timely and high-quality responses.
  
  
• Provide coaching to business leaders on HR processes, policies, and performance management.
  
  
• Support the People Services and Analytics team in knowledge sharing and process improvements.
  
  
• Maintain HR documentation, policies, and self-service materials.
  
  
• Consult on HR reporting needs and collaborate on data-driven solutions.
  
  
• Drive continuous improvement in HR processes using lean methodologies.
  
  
• Build strong stakeholder relationships across the business.
  
  

About You

• Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or Law (or equivalent experience).
  
  
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  
  
• Organised, detail-oriented, and capable of working autonomously.
  
  
• Advanced knowledge of contemporary HR principles, practices, and legislation.
  
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR technology platforms.
