We warehouse and dispatch everything in-house, and as we scale up, we’re looking for a hands-on, detail-obsessed Warehouse Coordinator to take charge of the space and keep operations running smoothly.

This is more than just picking and packing. It’s a high-impact position with loads of ownership and the potential to grow into an Operations Coordinator or Manager. We’re also offering a generous ESOP package for the right person — because we want you to grow with us.

What you’ll be doing:

Picking, packing and dispatching daily orders via Shopify and Starshipit

Managing day-to-day warehouse operations — overseeing incoming deliveries, outgoing orders, and everything in between

Carefully inspecting bulk stock deliveries for faults or damage

Maintaining FIFO and stock rotation systems to keep everything flowing and fresh

Managing inventory using CIN7 ( if you’ve used it before, great. If not, we’ll show you the ropes.)

Helping coordinate our custom print production area, where we print directly onto our custom range

Training provided to operate and troubleshoot our DTG Printer (you’ll often work alongside another team member here)

Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy and organised

Experience with Forklift or walkie stacker a bonus, but not essential

What we’re looking for:

Someone calm under pressure, great at prioritising and able to think on their feet

Experience in a warehouse or logistics setting (bonus points for e-comm or startup vibes)

Attention to detail that borders on obsessive — because every order is part of the customer experience

Confident with systems like Shopify, CIN7, and Google Sheets (or eager to learn)

Great communicator — you’ll be coordinating with our CX and ops team daily

Physically capable of lifting and shifting cartons (some up to 20kg)

Interest in sustainability, small business or ecommerce — or all three
