We're seeking a motivated and hands-on individual to provide after-sales and technical support for assistive technology (AT) equipment across the Newcastle region. You'll work closely with our AT Consultants and Service Technicians, helping with post-delivery support, equipment trials, client set-ups, and general service coordination.

What you’ll be doing:

Support AT Consultants in equipment delivery, setup, and trials

Assist with minor repairs, service jobs, and admin tasks

Coordinate trial equipment and maintain demo gear

Attend client appointments and back up warehouse duties as needed

Maintain accurate CRM records

What you’ll bring:

Trade qualification or industry experience in a technical or health-related field

Strong mechanical/electrical troubleshooting skills

Great communication and customer service skills

Ability to work independently and within a supportive team

Clean driver’s licence & WWCC (or willing to obtain)
