Mind Connect Psychology is an established psychology practice located in Kogarah. We are dedicated to helping our clients achieve positive change, mental health and wellbeing.
As the Practice Manager at Mind Connect Psychology, you are the backbone of our practice, ensuring smooth operations while fostering a warm and welcoming environment. Your leadership supports both clients and clinicians, creating a space where everyone feels valued, safe, and confident in their care. With your calm professionalism, strong organisational skills, and commitment to confidentiality, you help the practice run seamlessly, allowing clinicians to focus on providing exceptional support.

This permanent part-time role offers 3 days per week (21hrs) at our Kogarah practice. Your work schedule can be negotiated to suit your lifestyle, with the potential for a hybrid office/WFH arrangement in the future.

Requirements:
National Police Check conducted within the previous 12 months
Evidence of ability to work in Australia
No specific qualifications are required for this position
Preferred experience with the following: Compliance in an allied health setting, Medicare, NDIS, Halaxy Practice Management Software, Xero
Preferred previous experience in a client-focused role, preferably in a healthcare or mental health setting
