Business operating days are Monday to Saturday.
Currently Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons until 7:30pm will be essential days.
10 hours paid per week, hours may change in the future, subject to business needs.

With years of operation and a strong community reputation, Endeavour Wellness is a professional psychology practice offering coaching, counselling and performance services to the Blacktown area and Sutherland Shire. We provide evidence based and effective care to children, families, adults, and couples.
The Role:
As a Receptionist at Endeavour Wellness, you will play a pivotal role in our psychology practice. Working under the guidance of the Administration Services Team Leader and Owner, you will be responsible for a wide range of essential duties to ensure the smooth daily operations of our practice.
Your role is crucial as the first point of contact for clients and a support for the psychologists, your skills are valued. If you're a mature, compassionate individual looking for a long-term role and have experience in a mental health or administration role, then we are looking for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and direct clients with warmth and professionalism.
Regular contact with clients face to face, via phone, and email.
Assist management and staff with various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, scanning, shredding, and document preparation.
Provide exceptional customer service by handling enquiries, assisting clients, and resolving issues in a friendly and professional manner. Having a confident and robust nature will be needed to ensure consistency when enforcing our cancellation policy.
Provide a friendly face and supportive ear to our hardworking psychologists
Assisting with invoicing clients and taking payments, processing Medicare rebates, tracking payments, and managing accounts receivable
Answer phone calls, emails, and text messages in a courteous and timely manner, keeping in mind that enquires are regarding mental health. Matching suitable psychologists to suit client's needs is a key part of the role.
Schedule appointments using efficient online diary software. Zanda (previously known as Power Diary) experience is an advantage but not essential.
Address client concerns with empathy and efficiency
Assist in maintaining a clean, well-stocked and organised clinic environment.
Requirements:
Skills and Experience:
Previous experience in a receptionist or administration role with customer service experience. Experience in a mental health care setting role would be an advantage.
Strong verbal and written communication
Be reliable, we are a small team who work closely together and rely on each other. You need to have the ability to work autonomously and part of the team.
Excellent customer service skills, with an empathetic and compassionate demeanour with the ability to also enforce our policies and procedures.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office and online diary software (Zanda would be a bonus)
Car and license essential for occasional travel to our Kirrawee practice.
