About the role

As our business rapidly expands, so too will your career opportunities with us. Situated in our stunning central CBD showroom, you will be integral to the end-to-end sales journey of engagement rings. You will play a pivotal role in a couple's once-in-a-lifetime experience. Your responsibilities will encompass:

• Transitioned into a part-time sales role in addition to operational responsibilities.
• Conduct client consultations through various channels, including in-person meetings, virtual sessions, and phone calls, ensuring a personalized and engaging experience.
• Maintain all Quality Control documents within the Quality Management System.
• Responsible for various QA functions, including, but not limited to, maintaining standard operating procedures for all jewellery orders.
• Provide daily reports to the Quality Control department to maintain records of products and standards.
• Handle multifaceted administrative tasks (e.g., data entry, filing, records management) for the Head of Quality Control.
• Verify purchase orders against receiving documents to ensure the type, quality, and quantity of received products.
• Support stock takes and inventory follow-ups for diamonds, rings, and jewellery.
  Saturday availability is a must!

About you

You have a keen eye for detail, strong organisational skills, and a genuine interest in the jewellery and diamond industry. Whether you have little or substantial experience, a proactive attitude and a solution-focused approach are what matter most to us. We provide all the training you need to excel in this role, ensuring you contribute to the seamless execution of operational and quality control processes.

• 1+ years of experience in a similar operations role. Exposure to the diamond or jewellery industry is a plus but not required!
• Strong sense of responsibility and a dedicated work ethic.
• Well-presented and proactive, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Commitment to high-quality standards in operations and quality control, ensuring a seamless experience for customers during their once-in-a-lifetime purchase.
