About the role

Professionals Paradise Realty is seeking a motivated and organised Part Time Sales Support Assistant (minimum 3 days per week - hours negotiable) to join our dynamic team in Casula, NSW. As a part time role, this position will provide critical administrative and sales support to our real estate agents.

What you'll be doing

Providing excellent customer service to clients, both in person and over the phone

Preparing and processing real estate sales documentation, including contracts, listings, and property details

Coordinating property inspections, open houses, and other sales-related tasks

Maintaining detailed records and databases to track leads, sales, and client information

Assisting with the preparation of marketing materials, such as property flyers and online listings

Supporting the sales team with any other administrative tasks as required

What we're looking for

Proven experience in a client-facing or sales support role, preferably within the real estate industry or similar

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour

Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively

Proficiency in using real estate software, databases, and Microsoft Office applications

A keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure

A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
