We are a Property & Building Management Company, we manage property letting & buildings from Brisbane to the Sunshine Coast & Noosa.

Our building in Noosaville is currently seeking a motivated and hands on Front Office Guest Services Agent to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day Front Office operations, liaising with contractors & residents, and ensuring the delivery of excellent service standards.

About the Role

Keys areas of the role include:-

Assisting in the Front Office daily operations

Assisting hotel / property lettings, and building activities

Assisting with enquiries via phone, email, or in person and making reservations and recommendations

Assisting with guest arrivals and departures, following set check-in / check-out procedures

General office admin

Support out of hours enquiry if you opt to live on site. Duty roster with the team.

Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role you will have proven strong performance in hotel reception and customer service, as well as the following skills:

Experience in similar positions within a hotel Front Office environment preferred

Strong office administration experience

Self-motivated and a genuine passion for hospitality and customer service

Friendly, outgoing personality and a high standard of personal presentation

The ability to act without prior authority in all matters concerning the safety, security and well-being of all residents, guests, patrons, and staff in the absence of management

The ability to work independently and as part of a team environment

Excellent computer system skills

Further to this experience, to be successful in this role, you will be available to work varied shifts from mornings to afternoons, including weekends and public holidays, as per our business demands.
