We have an exciting new opportunity for a Human Resources & Recruitment Manager as part of our passionate and growing Real Estate team. This is an in-office role based in Strathfield South!

We're moving offices into a state of the art corporate headquarters within the coming months! (8 Gould St Strathfield South NSW)

Reporting to the CEO & Associate directors, you will provide high-quality Human Resources administrative and advisory support to all four offices across NSW, QLD, WA & VIC ( Mainly the Sydney Office)

Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

Maintaining positive employee relations within the organisation by ensuring fair treatment is provided, handling and mediating employee grievances whilst also developing employee engagement initiatives

Establishing and coordinating performance management systems across the network and working with all managers/directors to address or promote performance and productivity

Promote employee safety and well-being by implementing health and safety policies and procedures

Direct point of contact for NSW, QLD, VIC and WA offices for employee relation matters ensuring that a positive resolution is met for all parties involved

Develop and implement effective HR initiatives to develop the business and improve workplace culture

Provide hands on strategic advice to managers and ensure that new and existing processes are constantly evolving and improving to meet business goals

Performance management of staff

Manage employee reward and recognition

Promote a positive team environment

Recruit and hire new employees

About You

The successful applicant will have experience in a similar HR Manager role. You will possess;

Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills;

Ability to influence and partner with business leaders at all levels of the organisation;

Strong attention to detail;

Organised with an excellent sense of priorities and able to meet deadlines;

Knowledge of legislative and statutory requirements;

Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team;

An outgoing, friendly and positive individual!
