An exciting opportunity currently exists for a highly energetic, vibrant and methodical RTO Manager. This key role will see the ideal candidate oversee the day to day processes of the Registered Training Organisation to achieve optimum operational efficiency and excellence.

The ideal candidate would have previous experience managing the day to day running of an RTO and satisfy the following:-

In-depth understanding of CRICOS requirements and ongoing compliance

Experience with the development, implementation and monitoring of accredited and non-accredited training material to meet ASQA standards

Minimum 4 years' experience in the private vocational training sector as Managing Training and student processes

Possess the knowledge of RTO compliance with ASQA regulations and policies, including the new NVR RTO standards

Certificate IV in Training and Assessment

Excellent time management skills and a high level of attention to detail

Demonstrate strong communication skills both spoken and written

Demonstrated competence in computer based systems and software

Experience with managing traineeships and apprentices and the various packages that exist would be advantageous

Previous Health Care experience would be highly regarded

Responsibilities and Duties

Manage and develop trainers and assessors

Manage learning and assessment process

Undertake quality processes, course reviews, assessment validation and moderation

Monitor learner and student affairs

Plan and facilitate trainer and assessor meetings

Organise and deliver professional development training to trainers and assessors

Develop processes and systems that ensure quality delivery of materials to students

Training Cert III/IV Aged Care, Home and Community Care , Health Services Assistance , Disability, Dip Community services and Advanced Strategic Management.
