About the role
Reporting to the RTO Managing Director, this role is essential in ensuring compliance with ASQA and VET standards while maintaining high-quality training programs. Your expertise in managing RTO systems, procedures, and a Learning Management System will be key to upholding our commitment to excellence.

Skills & experience

Proven experience in RTO compliance management, with in-depth knowledge of ASQA regulations, RTO Standards, and VET sector requirements.

Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities across various locations.

High attention to detail, with strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and training-related software, preferably PowerPro and Cloud Assess.

Relevant qualifications in training, education, business, or compliance (e.g., Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE16/22)), with tertiary qualifications preferred.

Duties & responsibilities

Ensure compliance with the Standards for RTOs 2015 (and upcoming 2025 standards), ASQA regulations, and all relevant legislative requirements.

Develop, implement, and monitor policies, procedures, and best-practice compliance frameworks to uphold regulatory standards.

Conduct internal audits, risk assessments, and rectification planning to maintain continuous compliance and operational integrity.

Manage regulatory reporting and audit documentation, acting as the primary liaison with ASQA and other regulatory bodies.

Provide training and guidance to staff on compliance requirements, regulatory changes, and quality assurance processes.

Oversee student records, course accreditation, and training delivery standards, implementing continuous improvement strategies to enhance quality and efficiency.
