Job Description
AGP Plumbing & Gas is a growing plumbing business based in Ballarat, providing high-quality, efficient plumbing services across the region, including Geelong and Western Melbourne. As a growing business, we're looking for a proactive Administration Manager to help support the day-to-day operations — with a strong focus on email management, digital systems, and behind-the-scenes organisation.
This part-time role is ideal for someone who is organised, tech-savvy, and looking for 20–30 hours per week with flexibility around school hours or preferred days. As the business continues to expand, there will be opportunities for growth within the role.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing the business inbox – prioritising and responding to emails from customers and suppliers
Scheduling and tracking jobs through Tradify
Preparing and sending quotes and invoices using Xero
Filing compliance certificates and keeping digital records up to date
Supporting general admin tasks to keep the business running smoothly
You’ll be a great fit if you:
Have previous experience in admin or office support (trade admin is a bonus)
Are confident using cloud-based systems like Tradify and Xero, or happy to learn
Communicate clearly and professionally over email
Are highly organised, independent, and good at managing your own workload
