OrthoSport Victoria Institute (OSVi) is a leading integrated musculoskeletal healthcare clinic combining orthopaedic surgery, physiotherapy, biomechanics, strength & conditioning, allied health, and research under one roof. We are redefining patient care through our collaborative, high-performance model that blends clinical excellence with innovation.

We’re now looking for a part-time Social Media Manager to take our digital presence to the next level, connect with our community, and showcase the powerful work we do to support athletes and everyday movers.

Your Role

As OSVi’s Social Media Manager, you will:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and TikTok
• Create compelling, educational, and on-brand content including short videos, infographics, photos, and captions
• Build and manage a content calendar aligned with marketing goals, clinic activities, and sporting events
• Monitor social media channels, engage with our community, and grow followers and reach
• Collaborate with clinicians, sports professionals, and leadership to highlight success stories, services, and clinic updates
• Track analytics, prepare performance reports, and use data to drive growth and engagement
• Work alongside our marketing and research teams to support campaigns, digital advertising, and online brand consistency

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in managing social media platforms for a business or brand
• Strong understanding of content creation, branding, and audience engagement
• Excellent writing skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
• Proficiency in Canva, scheduling tools (e.g. Later, Hootsuite), and basic video editing tools
• Creativity and confidence to produce short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, Stories)
• Passion for health, sports, wellness, and education
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic team
