Nibble Bikes is revolutionizing the food delivery industry with our all-inclusive scooter and motorcycle subscriptions. We’re a growing business looking for a hands-on General Manager - Operations to take charge of our daily operations, lead our expansion, and build a high-performing team. Reporting directly to the Director, you’ll play a pivotal role in scaling our operations while ensuring efficiency and alignment with our vision.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations, stepping into a leadership role to replace the Director in operational duties.

Establish and manage outsourcing channels (e.g., customer service, accounts) to streamline processes.

Lead the expansion of our workshop and new Gold Coast location, including team recruitment and setup.

Develop and improve operational systems to ensure scalability and efficiency.

Build and manage a high-performing team to support the company’s growth.

Ensure alignment with Nibble Bikes goals and vision, driving operational excellence.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience scaling a small-to-medium business, ideally in retail, e-commerce, or a workshop-based operation.

Experience in a rental business is also highly advantageous, given our subscription-based model.

Strong leadership skills with a track record of team-building and process improvement.

Hands-on, proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

Excellent organizational and communication skills to manage multiple priorities.

Passion for sustainable transport and the gig economy is a bonus!
