We're looking for an experienced Barista to join our vibrant team at the Rubber Duck Cafe in Clifton Hill, VIC. As a part-time Barista, you'll play a crucial role in delivering excellent customer service and preparing high-quality coffee and beverages to delight our loyal patrons.

What you'll be doing

Preparing a wide range of coffee and specialty drinks to the highest standard

Ensuring efficient and friendly customer service at the coffee bar

Maintaining a clean, organised and well-stocked work area

Adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations

Providing feedback and recommendations to management to improve cafe operations

What we're looking for

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista in a fast-paced cafe or hospitality setting

Strong coffee-making skills and knowledge of various brewing methods

Excellent customer service orientation and ability to work well in a team

Enthusiasm for the hospitality industry and a passion for creating exceptional customer experiences

Availability to work a flexible part-time schedule, including weekends and public holidays
