Paper Tiger Espresso Bar is a fairly new established coffee bar that produces exceptional speciality coffee and baked goods in a fast working environment. We are a cafe that loves building rapport with new and regular customers to ensure everyone is well caffeinated and fed to get through their day. We are looking for a potential candidate who is able to serve exceptional speciality coffees and to fit into our growing team.

Qualifications & experience

Fast hands

4 years in food service

1 years of speciality coffee barista experience

Must know how to operate a La Marzocco Linea PB

Must have great people skill and love chatting to people.

Must be able to have small chats with customers

Knowledge of Weighing and Dailing in coffees

Able to work under pressure handling 40+ KGs of coffees a week

Able to handle 5 kilos solo

Tasks & responsibilities

Barista Duties

General wash up

Restocking products

Customer service

Food preparation if in need

Able to do open and close

Able to work independently when required.
