WHAT YOU’LL DO

As UNDEFEATED’s barista, you’ll create premium coffee, shakes, and service experiences that match the high standards of our club. You’ll own the morning energy, efficiency, and experience for every member who walks in.

1. COFFEE & SHAKE MAKING

Craft exceptional specialty coffee—fast, consistent, and to the highest standard.

Prepare protein shakes, smoothies, and recovery drinks to fuel members pre- and post-workout.

Maintain the cleanliness and efficiency of the coffee and shake station.

2. GENERAL CAFÉ & CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

Own the morning rush—keeping service smooth, quick, and seamless.

Create a welcoming, high-energy café environment that keeps members coming back.

Take orders, handle transactions, and provide exceptional service with a strong attention to detail.

Maintain stock levels and ensure all café products are fresh, organized, and on brand.

3. MEMBER INTERACTION & COMMUNITY

Get to know the regulars—names, orders, and how they take their coffee.

Engage with members, creating a space where they feel valued, energized, and part of something bigger.

Work closely with the club team to ensure a seamless experience across the café and gym.

4. GYM FLOOR & CLUB PRESENTATION

Keep café, counter, and seating areas spotless at all times.

Assist in maintaining the tidiness of the gym floor during quiet periods—wiping down surfaces, re-racking weights, and ensuring everything stays on brand.

Ensure hygiene, organization, and efficiency in all café and club areas.

Barista experience with a passion for delivering high-quality coffee.

Fast, efficient service skills—you can handle a morning rush with ease.

A keen eye for cleanliness, presentation, and detail—every space, every cup, every interaction matters.

Strong customer service skills—you know how to engage with people and create a memorable experience.

The ability to work independently while staying connected to the broader gym team.
