Zonts Bakehouse is an innovative viennoiserie bakery/cafe located at Northbridge WA, and we thrive to serve artisan croissants along with great coffees from Offshoot.

The Role & Responsibilities:

Efficiently produce baked goods via our in-house Standard Operating Procedure

Ensure all inventory and kitchen equipment are well-maintained

Adhere to Food Safety and OH&S procedures and practices

Involve in creating & assisting new monthly product flavours

Exposed to product costing and work flow management

Lead, supervise, and provide necessary training to bakers

Foster a positive and supportive team environment with a commitment to creativity, and a passion for excellence

Requirements:

Certificate IV in Patisserie or equivalent.

At least 2 years experience working in a fast-paced bakery

Lamination experience preferred

Physically fit and well presented

Attention to detail – you must be able to demonstrate that you can follow exact recipes, processes, and procedures

Commitment – we are looking for a strong and long-term candidate with the opportunity to grow within the team

Excellent communication skills, the ability to work as part of a team and take direction
