Hybrid Opportunity – Property Management, Customer Support/Sales Management

This is a hybrid role offering the opportunity to work across a group of companies, including PennyGranny™ https://pennygranny.com.au and SDS Australia https://sdsaustralia.com

The position involves property management for portable building rentals at PennyGranny™, as well as customer support and sales opportunities at both companies. This is an exciting chance to develop your skills across multiple industries while being part of a dynamic and growing team.

PennyGranny™ – Property Manager (Portable Building Rentals) and Customer Support

PennyGranny™ is a leader in Australia’s portable housing industry, offering high-quality portable buildings for rent and sale across NSW, QLD, VIC, and ACT. We provide sustainable and cost-effective housing solutions, addressing Australia’s rental crisis with fast and efficient delivery. Unlike traditional real estate, we focus exclusively on portable buildings, making this a unique and rewarding role for someone with property management expertise.

Your Responsibilities at PennyGranny™

Handle customer inquiries and phone calls to guide them in selecting suitable portable cabins for rent or purchase.

Manage the rental and lease process from initial inquiry to finalisation.

Organise and oversee lease agreements, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.

Coordinate transportation providers for the efficient delivery of large portable buildings.

Obtain multiple quotes for transportation provider or crane companies to lock-in the best rate.

Evaluate viability of a large truck or a crane accessing customer’s property for a building delivery.

Liaise with crane companies and synchronise with a truck arrival for building delivery or pick-up.

Work with transportation and crane companies to reschedule deliveries due to weather conditions or other last moment changes.

Liaise with electricians, plumbers, and other contractors to arrange necessary repairs and maintenance.

Act as the primary point of contact for tenants, handling inquiries and resolving issues professionally.

Liaise with unpaying customers to chase up payments.

Maintain accurate records in our CRM system to ensure seamless operations.

Assist with sales opportunities to drive business growth.

Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive rental experience for all clients.

Your Responsibilities at SDS Australia:

You will have the opportunity to work in one of two key areas:

1. Support Team: Assisting customers by handling inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing excellent after-sales service.

2. Sales Team: Helping customers choose the right product from the SDS Australia range, guiding them through the purchasing process, and ensuring they select the best sauna solution for their needs.

What You Will Bring to the Team:

Experience in property management, logistics, sales, or customer support.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

A proactive, problem-solving mindset.

Familiarity with CRM systems (preferred but not essential).
