THE ORGANISATION
Our client, a well-known global leader operating in the financial services sector, is seeking a head of talent management to join their team in Sydney. Operating in over 70 countries they are one of the largest financial services organisations in the world.

THE ROLE
Reporting directly to an Executive Recruiter you'll support the full-cycle recruitment of senior white-collar roles across multiple business units. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include candidate screening, scheduling interviews, coordinating hiring managers' diaries, and overseeing the complete recruitment process. A key focus of this role will be talent mapping to identify prospective candidates and building high-quality talent pools. You will also be responsible for developing meaningful relationships with candidates and developing strong partnerships with key stakeholders.

Please note this is a 6-month temporary role.

THE CRITERIA
To be successful in this role you must be a highly professional individual. You will be able to operate at pace and be comfortable juggling multiple prioritises. Ideally we are seeking a candidate who has experience managing executive recruitment processes in a professional services environment.

Ideally you will be immediately available to support this short-term role.
