- F/T hours OR P/T available (minimum 3 days a week). Hybrid ongoing. ASAP to 30th September 2025.
- Essential to work Wednesday from the Brunswick office + face to face interviews instore across Victoria.
- Previous volume retail recruitment experience would be ideal but not essential.

The Internal Recruitment Coordinator supports the People & Culture strategy by attracting and recruiting top talent into the NSW, VIC and SA retail outlets.
Your key responsibilities with include;
- Coordinates end-to-end recruitment including; job approvals, sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates, managing reference checks and generating offer.
- Partner with hiring managers to ensure recruiting needs are met in a timely manner, and keep hiring managers abreast of job status and candidate progress
- Examine hiring trends in anticipation of the business’s response to labour market changes.
- Evaluate and introduce alternative talent sourcing strategies, such as technology and social media.
- Drive a culture of continual improvement, identifying, and implementing projects in order to increase business-wide recruiting effectiveness and efficiency.
- Collaborate with People Services partners as well as other departmental leaders within the business in determining the current and future talent requirements of the business.
- Create/maintain standardized reporting systems that will regularly lead to the identification of solutions and improvement areas for recruitment efforts.
- Assist with ad-hoc volume recruitment programs for new store openings in NSW.
- Utilise PageUp ATS and maintain data, including applicant records, job requisitions and job status.
- Liaise with new starters and Payroll to ensure onboarding paperwork is correct and complete.
To be successful in this role you will need to have knowledge of recruitment resources and strategies that support DE&I strategies, experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and job boards. Previous experience in a high-volume recruitment role will be beneficial as will strong written and verbal communication skills and strong relationship building, influencing and negotiation skills. Previous experience in the retail, manufacturing or hospitality industries would be highly valuable but not essential.
