What You’ll Do:
- Lead and supervise the office & admin team
- Manage full accounts (AP/AR, invoicing, reconciliations)
- Oversee HR admin, rosters, and staff development
- Work closely with Sales, Operations & Logistics teams
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven office & accounts management experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office & ERP/accounting systems
- Industry experience (building/construction/trade supply) a bonus
