**Job Summary:**
As the Office Manager based in Southport’s largest A-Grade corporate centre (Seabank Building), you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our office operations. You will be responsible for overseeing administrative functions, coordinating office activities, and supporting our project teams. Your excellent organizational and communication skills will be essential in maintaining a productive work environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and communications.
- Organize and maintain office filing systems, both electronic and hard copy.
- Coordinate support for construction projects, including managing project documentation and assisting with permit applications.
- Monitor office supplies and inventory, placing orders as needed to ensure efficiency.
- Assist in the budget management and financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Support the HR function by coordinating recruitment activities, onboarding new employees, and maintaining personnel records.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to enhance productivity.
- Collaborate with international team of project managers and other team members to ensure timely and effective project delivery.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries from clients, vendors, and team members.
- Co-ordinate regular international travel for team members (in conjunction with our travel agent).
- Co-ordinate and assist in the preparation of the submission of bids and quotations.
- Manage emails and diary of the Company Director.

**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role, preferably within the property of development construction industry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) project management software. Also Adobe Indesign skills would be an advantage.
- Familiarity with construction terminology and processes is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced international environment.
