As the General Manager - Aviation Safety sector, you'll play a pivotal leadership role, driving strategic direction, maintaining the positive culture, and ensuring operational excellence. You will be responsible for leading and developing high-performing teams, strengthening stakeholder relationships, and ensuring financial sustainability, with a focus on people leadership, change management, and organisational effectiveness.
