About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead our operations and drive strategic growth. Reporting directly to the Directors, this executive role is pivotal in steering the company towards its vision of creating cleaner, brighter futures for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans to support business growth and operational efficiency.

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring high service standards and customer satisfaction.

• Manage budgets, financial planning, and reporting to ensure sustainable profitability.

• Lead and supervise staff and subcontractors, fostering a culture of performance and accountability.

• Maintain and strengthen client relationships, addressing feedback and ensuring retention.

• Monitor compliance with legal, regulatory, and safety requirements.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.

• Coordinate marketing and promotional strategies to increase market presence.

Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in a senior leadership or general management role (minimum 5 years).

• Demonstrated success in strategic planning and business development.

• Strong financial and operational management skills.

• Experience managing subcontractors and teams in a service delivery environment.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.

• A relevant bachelor’s degree or higher qualification is preferred, or at least sufficient and relevant work experience in lieu of a formal education (e.g. 5 years).

Salary Package: AUD $130,000 to AUD $200,000 (excluding superannuation)
