The Role

An exciting opportunity has opened up for a Part Time or Casual Hotel Reservations Agent in our busy Hotel. The Hotel Reservations Agent role is the first point of contact to all guests arriving at our establishment.

To be successful in this role, you must:

Have Immaculate presentation, personal style and advanced communication skills

Be adaptable to all tasks and enjoy a variety in your workload such as reception and concierge duties, financial reporting, cleaning and maintenance responsibilities.

Previous experience with RMS property management system or similar is advantageous but not essential.

Have excellent communication skills with the eagerness to learn and ability to think of innovative ideas that will assist in streamlining processes.

How can I tell if this is for me?

As the ‘face’ of the business, you are Customer focused, knowledgeable in the local area, a background in reservation management Systems in previous roles is preferred but not essential.

Attention to detail, organisational skills and the ability to work both unsupervised, under pressure and in a team is essential for this role.

Casual or Part-Time or Full Time positions available. Shifts may include nights, mornings & public holidays as required.
